03/01/08 – ODA brings Cepheid.com to life
ODA pulled the curtain on a new website for Cepheid, an on-demand molecular diagnostics company. The front-end design features the company’s integrated solutions for genetic analysis, while the back-end of the site sits on a content management system that enables content maintenance through a Web-based interface.

02/04/08 – Kelton taps ODA for brand development
Kelton Research chose ODA to lead the charge in developing a new brand identity for the LA-based market research firm. The assignment includes refining Kelton’s corporate logo and re-designing the firm’s website.

01/15/08 – ODA lands two new biopharma clients
ODA established new account relationships with XOMA and Aerovance. ODA is serving as agency of record for XOMA, a biotherapeutics company specializing in antibody development. And for Aerovance, ODA is developing a clinical trial website to support the company’s Phase II study for its asthma treatment.

01/11/08 – Symmetricom and NetPro select ODA for Web work
Symmetricom, a maker of time and frequency solutions for network synchronization, and NetPro, a maker of IT infrastructure software, chose ODA to lead the development of the companies’ websites. In both cases, ODA is handling the information and visual design as well as the back-end development.

12/15/07 – ODA announces three new med device clients
ODA landed new accounts with Satiety (obesity), Orqis Medical (heart failure), and Novare Surgical (laparoscopic surgery). ODA is serving as agency of record for both Satiety and Orqis, and is working with Novare Surgical to redesign the company’s website.

11/16/07 – Hearing aids should be heard, not seen
ODA launched a new patient-facing website for Lyric Hearing, an extended wear hearing device that is worn in the inner ear canal for up to 120 days at a time. ODA also designed a corporate website for InSound Medical, the maker of the Lyric Hearing device.

10/26/07 – ODA launches websites for Emphasys and Rubicor
ODA popped the cork on a new website for Emphasys Medical, a developer of a minimally invasive valve therapy system for treating patients with emphysema. ODA also took the wraps off of a new website for Rubicor, a maker of minimally invasive breast biopsy devices.

08/2/07 – The Mynx has arrived
ODA flipped the switch on a new corporate website for AccessClosure, a manufacturer of next generation vascular closure devices called the Mynx. In addition to providing the visual and information design, ODA also developed the site on a content management system (CMS) platform to enable user-friendly content maintenance.

07/27/07 – Time to call in the Wolf
ODA launched a new website for Bluewolf, a next generation consulting firm specializing in on-demand software deployment and IT resourcing. The full-featured site includes integrated video content branded as BluewolfTV.

07/07/07 – ODA unveils new FoxHollow brand
ODA debuted a new brand look and feel for FoxHollow, a developer of minimally invasive devices for the removal of plaque and thrombus for the treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD). The brand overhaul includes a new corporate identity and a redesigned website.

06/08/07 – ODA brings home five MMA awards
ODA landed one gold and four silvers in the Medical Marketing Association’s 2007 International Awards of Excellence (IN-AWE) Awards Competition. ODA won in the following categories: gold award for Packaging/Labeling (AccessClosure/Mynx); silver award for Logo Design (AccessClosure/Mynx); silver award for Sales Rep Materials (FoxHollow); silver award for Direct Mail Campaign (FoxHollow); and silver award for Business System (Rubicor). Winners were selected from more than 800 entries from 160 companies, and the awards were presented in San Francisco on June 7 at the MMA’s national conference.

05/18/07 – Isolaz website goes live
ODA has launched a patient-focused website for Aesthera that highlights the company’s new Isolaz therapy, an aesthetic treatment that combines broadband light and pneumatic energy to purify the skin.

04/20/07 – New accounts: ROX Medical and Emphasys
ODA has secured new account relationships with two medical device companies: ROX Medical, a Carlsbad-based company developing minimally invasive devices for treating chronic obstructive respiratory disease; and Emphasys Medical, a developer of minimally invasive therapies for treating emphysema.

03/19/07 - ODA scores local ADDY award
ODA has been awarded a Silver ADDY by the Ad Club of Silicon Valley for a poster it created for Kelme, a soccer shoe brand based in Spain. By winning this award, ODA is now eligible to enter this creative into the regional ADDY competition.

02/05/07 - Matt Dong named ODA Partner
Senior art director, Matt Dong, was formally announced as a partner at ODA. Matt has been with the firm for almost two years and has been instrumental in leading the brand development for a number of the firm’s clients, including Rubicor, XTENT, FoxHollow, and Cepheid.

01/15/07 – ODA wins four new life science accounts
ODA announced that it has established new account relationships with four medical device companies: TherOx, an Irvine-based company focused on blood oxygenation therapy for heart attack victims; Spotlight Surgical, a developer of embedded lighting solutions for surgical tools; AccessClosure, a manufacturer of next generation vascular closure devices; and PEAK Surgical, a Palo Alto firm developing advanced electrosurgical systems.

01/04/07 – Revamped Acclarent website goes live
ODA launched a redesigned website for long-time client Acclarent, a medical device company developing innovative products for ear, nose and throat (ENT) physicians. The new site includes a revamped home page, new imagery throughout the interior pages, and incorporation of new procedure and case review videos.
