ODA is seeking a senior designer to make the push with us to the next level.

We're looking for someone with discipline and diverse design chops from gritty to slick. A boundary pusher and cool-headed professional who can take control of a brand and accept nothing less than pure quality at every touch point. We want someone who is deeply devoted to the creative process and understands how it intertwines with business strategies.

We have a fun, fast-paced, team oriented environment. It's demanding and challenging work of the best kind. You'll work on brand development, identity systems, brochures, annual reports, tradeshow graphics, websites, email campaigns, and Flash demos. But that's not all. You'll also prep files for production, attend press checks, and clean your own dishes. Sound like your kind of place? Can you hit the ground running?

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years agency experience (Consumer, B to B)
• Print and Web experience a must
• Intimate understanding of brand and the value it provides to an organization
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Can handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Good sense of humor
